Pros:
Works exactly like it's supposed to. - Great for powering small projects (I use it on an arduino based kit). Same (or better) quality than similar products found at RadioShack / TheSource - The price simply can't be beat!
Cons:
None that I can think of other than it lacks some kind of label for pos/neg, but if you're used to these jacks they're all the same.
Other:
If you build a lot of DIY projects that require DC power, this is a great way to plug them in. Make sure you get a power supply with the right connector!
